Our villa gives you the security you desire and deserve. Whenever traveling to any new place, we all want to feel safe and secure. Rest assure that our guard gated entry and roamed property security inside Pedregal, will keep your mind at ease. Our villa is within a small boutique condominium in Pedregal, that consists of only seventeen villa's. Thus keeping the grounds and atmosphere, intimate and special. 

   The next thing most of us desire is conveniences to all things we want to experience. Whether it be shopping, dining out, the beach, night life, fishing, golf, etc. We don't want to run through hoops just to get there. Our villa offers you the convenience of walking just blocks into everything you can imagine to do in, Cabo. We are literally a block away from the legendary Mi Casa restaurant. Keep walking just a couple more blocks and find yourself standing in front of the must visit Cabo Wabo cantina. As you can see, whatever your heart or mind desires, it's not out of reach from our villa.

   Lastly we all want our accommodation's to be luxurious as well as comfortable. Our villa offers high end finishes throughout and comfortable furnishing. With three bedrooms and three and a half baths, we have plenty of space for a large group. Each bedroom is equipped with it's own ensuite bathroom and has it's own sliding glass doors that leads you out onto your own balcony space with views from every direction. Also keep in mind, each bedroom offers their own individually controlled central air conditioning unit. I don't know about you, but whenever traveling with others, most people have different preferences when it comes to temperature levels. This is a wonderful feature that allows everyone to be at their desired comfort level.  You will also have the ease of knowing our villa offers a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook a meal and set your dining table. Enjoy a meal inside, or try outside on your covered balcony. Once you're here, you'll understand you made the perfect choice and location for your dream Cabo vacation.
