When venturing off to a new vacation destination, we all will have many questions at hand.  Allow me to guide you in a few key points I think may be of advantage to you during your stay in Cabo.

 Ladies, Cabo is not the place to pack your stiletto heels! Most of the sidewalks and roads are of cobble stone, which makes for an uneven surface. This does not pair well with stilettos! Bring a more sensible shoe like a cute wedge or a strappy flat.  

 The beach of course will be on your list to visit during your stay in, Cabo. There are a couple of different beaches I recommend. First is the private beach in the community our villa resides in. Pedregal beach. This is a beautiful, private and serene beach. Please however, take note that this is not a swimmable beach! There are very high tides and crashing waves, which equals dangerous. The swimmable beach is Medano beach. This beach stretches two miles long. Packed with restaurant's, bars, water sport activities and goods for sale.

  As we walk around Cabo we will be offered to sign up for many trips such as fishing, booze cruises, Lands End water taxi rides and Lovers beach tour.  If you're not comfortable with the directness of the sales people, speak with our concierge's people and they will help you arrange and set up all your desired activities on your own time.

 The best way to get around Cabo is to walk, if allowable. Our villa allows you the ease of access into town with only a couple blocks to walk. If you do need transportation, please note that taxi rides are not cheap. fifteen dollars for a one way trip, so take when only necessary. Save your money!

 Lastly, we are on vacation after all right? The best advice to give, is to have fun!

Perfect Cabo Condo

Grand Villa Condo was the perfect spot for our 3-day weekend. The location was perfect distance from all the hot spots in downtown and the Marina. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for a vacation. I look forward to staying here again.

The condo is perfect for a warm weather getaway. The location couldn't get much better: 15 minute walk to the beach, ten to the harbor and only 5 to stores, restaurants and bars. The condo itself was lovely, clean and presents fantastic views. The only downside was the late night/early morning traffic and music from surrounding restaurants/bars.

We were only here for 4 nights but wish we would have stayed longer. This unit is perfect for families or couples. It is roomy and comfortable enough to just hang out in or an take an easy safe walk into town to explore restaurants, nitelife, Medano Beach, coffee, Etc. The common pool area is very nice, we pretty much had the whole area to ourselves during our stay. You will most likely be spending a lot of time on the units outdoor patio and hot tub, pictures just don't describe the fantastic view of the city and the Sea of Cortez during the day and especially at night. Bud and Michelle were great to deal with, always very responsive and willing to take care of any issue as quickly as possible. Looking forward to staying here again next year!!!

Beautiful Villa

I have been coming to Cabo for 15 years now and until recently, I have always stayed at a resort but if you're looking for more space and privacy, this is the way to go. I booked this beautiful Villa for just my girlfriend and I but it's plenty big enough for six people as all three bedrooms are all very large. The Villa is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with upgraded appliances and a very spacious and open living area. The view is great and the patio is very large which looks out towards the Sea of Cortez & a panoramic view of the city. The location was perfect, it only took five minutes to get a taxi pick-up into town. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great condo. Fully equiped

This is a great condo in a very safe area of Cabo. Lot of space, fully equiped kitchen. We had an issue with the wireless and Michele took care of it and solved inmediately. It is recommended that you rent a car as it is far from the beach, but other than that, everything is close. We had a great time.
